WHAT INFORMATION DOES CRS COLLECT?

CRS does not collect personally identifiable information unless our visitors voluntarily provide it to us. For example, we collect certain types of personal information when you complete our Contact, Partner Opportunity or Sales Career Opportunity Forms. COMMUNICATING WITH US VIA THE SITE

In order to communicate with us via our Site you will have to provide us certain personal information depending on the purpose of the communication. That information may include: Name, Address, Title, Company Name, Contact Email, Contact Phone Number and other information you may volunteer as a comment or question.  Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, we will not share such information with any third parties who are not directly affiliated with CRS and essential to providing the Service.

REFER A COLLEAGUE

On our Site, we provide a mechanism to refer our Site and/or Service to a colleague.  In order to make such a referral, we will ask you for your and your friend’s email address and telephone number. We will automatically send your friend a customizable one-time email or telephone call inviting him or her to visit the site. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. Your colleague may contact us to request that we remove this information from our database.

HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE US?

As stated above, we only use the personal information you provide us for the purposes of communicating with you regarding our Service or your interest in becoming a partner or sales affiliate of CRS.

We may also use the information we collect in an aggregated fashion to develop and tailor the Service.

HOW DOES CRS PROTECT CUSTOMER INFORMATION?

Except as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, CRS does not currently sell, trade, or otherwise transfer outside the company personally identifiable information that visitors voluntarily provide in any feedback/contact form.

USING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IN OTHER COUNTRIES

Your country's privacy laws may require your consent before your personal information can be exported to countries with weaker privacy laws. Our Terms of Use requires your consent to this practice so that we can enhance our service quality by operating in multiple countries. No matter where your information is processed, this Privacy Policy will remain in effect.

INFORMATION ON CHILDREN

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information or non-personally-identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 nor is any part of our Site or Service directed to children under the age of 13. We will remove and/or delete any personal information we believe was submitted by any child under the age of 13.
